Storage 2U is a locally owned and operated company serving the needs of our community.
Storage 2U provides portable storage containers in Bend, OR and now also serves the Portland Metro area. We started the company after one of the founders was moving locally and realized that Central Oregon didn’t have a good solution. The local mini storage facilities were all almost completely full and the prices had shot up over the last few years, plus who wants to run back and forth to the mini storage over and over again.
Moving trucks are super expensive unless you move over one weekend. Well, we didn’t want to try and move over one weekend, we wanted to do it over a month…or two so that didn’t work out. We looked into other storage options but they did not operate in Central Oregon and to get one here was just as much to just buy a portable storage container.
We ended up getting through the move but the idea of starting our own portable storage company was planted and we began the process to start Storage 2U. Years later and here we are, ready to solve your moving and storage needs in both the Bend, Oregon, Portland and the surrounding region, as well as Vancouver and SW Washington. Of course we didn’t stop there. We’ve found a new way to use our weatherproof containers. We recently launched sister business, storage4ubend.com that meets the needs of customers looking for more traditional storage units in Bend. Storage4U Bend provides secure, drive-up storage options at our storage yard in NE Bend.
